I’m tuning out all the negative chatter. BECKY runs the show and she’s always under fire from folks. She’s incredible and kind in every way imaginable. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about her. Sure, she might seem a bit brusque (just don’t misinterpret her tone when you message her), but she’s truly the best.
I’m gonna be a lifelong fan of Just Scent. Shipping is super quick. Customer service is TOP-NOTCH. All her products are of high quality. She offers a bunch of intricate scents that might not be everyone’s cup of tea. That’s cool! She’s got plenty of simpler options too! Let’s stop the negativity towards her. She puts in a ton of effort. She aims for outstanding customer service. I really hope Becky sees this and knows how much we appreciate her and her business!
Also, customer support responds the same day! Even late at night, she’s on it!
